She Put de Lime in de Coconut...(Smoothie)

She drank 'em bot' up...Yes I did! Simple, easy and delicious.

You can prepare many variations of this...eliminate, substitute, or add to your heart's content...Just enjoy enjoy enjoy! I used water kefir and young Thai coconut (water and meat), but you can use almond milk or any nut milk you enjoy.

Lime in de Coconut Smoothie (for 2)
1 young Thai coconut (water and meat) or almond milk base.
Add water  as needed (coconut water amount can vary)
1 mango
1-2 bananas, frozen
1/4 cup dried coconut
2 dates, pitted and chopped
5+ kale leaves
2 teaspoons lime juice (or more if desired)
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
Optional Ingredients
1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
2 drops Medicine Flower Coconut extract
1 drop Medicine Flower Rum extract
ice, as desired

Directions
Blend your base milk, mango and frozen bananas.
Add coconut, dates and kale. Blend until creamy.
Add remaining ingredients and ice cubes and blend until desired consistency. (Adding water to thin, as needed).

Enjoy!

Note: Using  Medicine Flower extracts adds depth of flavor and variety, however, they are totally optional! If you decide to try them, (and I hope you do), please enter "rawfully tempting" in Shipping Comments...and suggest a sample flavor  you'd like to try. They are happy to ship you a special bonus sample along with any purchase. The sample sizes are wonderful and I use them when I travel.
