Happy New Year! My latest project was to use up some Coconut Butter/Cream I had laying around.the house. I forgot just how amazingly delicious this product is! While this recipe is definitely on the rich side, I think of it as Healthy Candy that should be eaten in moderation. The fact is, you can enjoy rich, raw decadent food and not feel guilty!
