EVENT: Southwestern Raw - All Day Workshop

Mark your calendars, and reserve your space for this amazing class. On November 17th, 2012, join us at Brad's Chip Factory where I'll be teaching an all day workshop on Southwestern Style Raw! You will leave this class knowing how to create a completely nourishing and mouth-watering feast that is sure to astound your friends and family! Raw? Plant-based? No one would ever know. Each dish is chock full of nutrients and packed with flavor. Join us for a full day  of  fun, and let your taste buds dance with delight!







We will be preparing a Southwestern Taco/Pizza with a lovely corn crust and all the fixin's. ("Refried Beans," Taco "Meat," Spicy Chipotle "Cheese" Sauce, Kickin' Mango Salsa, Guacamole, and a spectacular Southwestern Style "Rice." And we'll top off all off that fun with a decadent dessert treat - Coconut Rum Flan. I look forward to meeting you all!
