Bonus Instructions when needed, for sprouting and other techniques. I suggest you get a 3-ring binder, print out the recipes and put them in plastic sheet protectors.

Bring them into the kitchen with you. As you make your own personal changes, you can write them directly on the recipe sheet. The goal here is to get you to try something new, or discover an ingredient or technique that seemed intimidating and stopped you from doing a recipe. Go for it! I SO love the recipes this lady creates!! I just bought every single one that she has in her, "Raw Recipe Boutique" and can't wait for more!! :)

Barbara also gives a list of resources & links and tells how many servings it makes. That's always a big plus for me!
Another fabulous perk is, if something needs to be sprouted, she gives us the directions!!
I can't say enough nice things about these recipes.
