I created a green smoothie for W, but did not tell him what was in it...the first words out of his mouth were "Fruit Loops!" I took a sip...and he was right on! What started out as a "creamsicle" flavor, turned into a smoothie that is reminiscent of Fruit Loops. While I used Medicine Flower concentrated extracts to jazz up my smoothie, feel free to use fresh fruit or other extracts. I have fun with the variety that flavors offer, but you can substitute any of these ingredients with your favorites.
