Today, I had a Medicine Flower Moment...and created this heavenly delight using several magnificent Medicine Flower Extracts...so indulge me...
Magnificent Medicine Flower Moment Green Smoothie
1 young Thai coconut - water and meat
1/2 - 1 cup filtered water (if needed )
5 large kale leaves (or a handful of dandelion greens)
2 frozen bananas
3 Tbsp hemp seed
3 Tbsp ground chia
3 Tbsp cacao powder
2 Tbsp almond butter
few drops of stevia (or your favorite sweetener, to taste)
(Now is where the fun comes in...)
2 drops Medicine Flower Almond extract1 drop Medicine Flower Rum extract
2 drops Medicine Flower Dark Chocolate extract
2 drops Medicine Flower Coconut extract
6 drops Medicine Flower Coffee extract
BLEND...add some ice cubes and blend some more.
