Creamy Tomato and Lime Salad Dressing

1/4 cup cashews (soaked 2 hours)
1/2 cup filtered water
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp sesame tahini
1/2 ripe avocado
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cumin powder
sea salt (to taste)
dash pepper
1 tsp dried cilantro or 1 Tbsp fresh, chopped
dash cayenne
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar ( I used coconut water vinegar)
1 small tomato
1 Tbsp red onion, chopped
1 tsp raw honey (or agave), to taste
Procedure
In high speed blender, mix cashews and water until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve over salad, wraps, raw veggies, ,etc.
Serve over salad and garnish with dulse flakes, sunflower seeds, sprouts, etc.
