Delightfully decadent, these Chocolate Chocolate Chip cookies are touched with a hint of mint in both the cookie and the chips! I'm not a real mint person, but I'm loving these cookies.
A combination of sprouted oat flour, almond flour and cashew flour, along with other added ingredients, make these cookies another one of my favorites. I'm loving the consistency! Firm on the outside, yet chewy.
A few people have been asking if I'd make cookies for them. For convenience, I've opened up RT's Online Cafe.

These look yummy.
Your cookies look wonderful.
Sprouted oat flour--did you sprout oat groats, dehydrate them and then gring into a flour??
Your "flour" combination sounds really good.
Peace,
Elizabeth
Thank you.
Elizabeth, I use hulless oats..they grow without hulls, so they are very sproutable. Sprout, dehydrate, grind.
Some people use oat groats, but I'm not sure how sproutable they are...in the hulling process, I think they tend to get heated..but I could be wrong. I think people do sprout them. But you have to make sure they are referred to as "sproutable oats."
Hola, well we received the samples, so delicious, there is only one problem with the cookies: you sent too little!
Arie, you make me laugh!!! I'm so glad you are enjoying them! Just don't eat them all in one night!
Thank you for your kind words and yummy compliments!!!
Blessings,
Barbara
These were the most wonderful, delicious, satisfying, healthful raw cookies we have tried! My 10-year-old son loved them and said they tasted like a "real" cookie. He especially loved the oatmeal raisin. Thank you so much and I can't wait to order more of these from you. We just shared the chocolate mint and loved that one too. So good! Thanks!!!
