Green Champagne Mango Smoothie
6 kale leaves (or your favorite greens combo)
2 - 3 champagne mangoes, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 bananas, frozen
1 cup seedless red grapes
1/2 avocado (optional)
1 cup young Thai coconut water
1 1/2 cups filtered water
2 Tbsp chia seeds, ground
coconut meat
ice1 1/2 cups filtered water
2 Tbsp chia seeds, ground
coconut meat
Mix kale and mangoes in blender with coconut water. Add remaining ingredients. Add water to desired consistency. Add ice and blend until creamy.
